Jessica Gato is currently a Senior Human Resource Leader for B/E Aerospace. She is responsible for a ~$1.0B business unit and is developing strategy and execution for a rapidly growing international organization including 1700 employees with manufacturing facilities in Northern Ireland and the United States. She has more than 12 years of HR experience. Most recently, she was an HR Executive at GE Industrial Solutions where she supported business units in product management, product marketing, commercialization and product operations. Previously, Jessica spent seven years with GE Aviation, holding roles of increasing responsibility from union relations specialist to HR manager site leader. Prior to joining GE, she held several HR roles at Honeywell. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communications and master’s degree in human resources from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Rebecca Burdette is a Manager of Human Resources at ExxonMobil Corporation. While at ExxonMobil, she has held positions focused on recruiting, employee relations, compensation, organizational & leadership development, training, succession planning, and long-term strategic planning. Her experiences have included an international focus in addition to experiences with domestic organizations with exempt and non-exempt workforces. Prior to joining ExxonMobil, Rebecca worked as a head-hunter for TRC Staffing, INC. Rebecca received a B.S. in Marketing and Communications from Clemson University, and an M.S. in Human Resource Management from the University of South Carolina. She currently resides in Houston, Texas with her husband George and their daughters, Hadley and Larkin.
Jessica Hastings is a Human Resource Leader with General Electric in the Aviation division. During her tenure, she has gained experience with Recruiting & Staffing, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Organizational Design. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Baylor University, and her Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University.
